Equip one role and your outbound runs itself — planned, gated, sent, and followed up.

guild · email-outreach@profession.md

The Email Marketing Specialist runs outbound and retention email end to end, per client: it sequences in your voice, gates deliverability before a single send, owns the follow-up ladder, and keeps sending health apart from real replies. Install a sending tool and you have to be the operator. Equip this and you get one.

An email marketing specialist at a dark console watching a gold deliverability checkpoint on the send rail before a campaign goes out

For a brand or agency that sends email for a living — more than one domain, more than one client voice, more than one campaign — and keeps getting uneven results from tools that don’t know the order to use themselves.

What this role owns

The Email Marketing Specialist is staffed onto an outbound desk. You don’t call it for one email — you put it in charge of the campaign, and it runs the same order every time: client-intake first, sequence in the client’s voice, gate deliverability, send, own the follow-up ladder, and report sending health apart from replies.

Run client-intake before writing a wordCapture the client’s real templates, approvals, and goals first, then adapt from what already works instead of inventing a sequence from scratch.
Gate deliverability, or don’t sendNo campaign starts on an unauthenticated domain or an un-warmed mailbox. The send parks in review until SPF, DKIM, and DMARC pass and the mailbox reads ready.
Warm-up is not a replyInbox-warmup traffic is machine-to-machine. It keeps running, but it is never counted as a reply, a lead, or a follow-up trigger.
Author the ladder up frontA sequence is the first email plus two or three timed follow-ups, each a different angle — written as part of the sequence, not bolted on after.

The workflows it runs

client-intake

The first move on any new account. Capture examples, approvals, and goals before sequencing.

cold-sequence

The new-business ladder: a first email plus two or three timed follow-ups, each a different angle.

deliverability-gate

The crown jewel. Attach a warmed sender, confirm SPF/DKIM/DMARC and mailbox readiness — or the send does not go out.

retention-winback

The churn-save touch ladder for accounts going quiet — retention, not just new business.

warmup-recognition

Keeps warm-up running and never mistakes a warm-up message for a real reply, lead, or trigger.

reply-triage

Advances or stops the ladder on each reply, bounce, or unsubscribe — the loop that keeps sending honest.

The toolkit — eleven skills, linked not copied

A profession links skills; it never copies them. Each stays independently owned and versioned, and each is a skill you can equip on its own. The CALL skills do the work; the READ skills are methodologies the role studies and then executes with its own writing. Calling a READ skill like an API is a guaranteed error — that split is the whole game.

Equip it

Equipopvs profession equip @di-atomic/email-outreach

In the first 30 days, put it on a real client’s campaign and watch for the moment that tells you it’s the right hire: the send it refuses to make. A domain that isn’t authenticated, a mailbox that isn’t warm — and instead of shipping and hoping, it parks in review and tells you why. That refusal is the one your tools would have let you make. You get a number you can optimize instead of a burned domain you can’t get back.

Why this exists

I built this by dogfooding the same stack I run for clients.

email-outreach is one role in the system behind Di-Atomic — the marketing & compliance agency that runs cognitoAI, SpiderIQ and OPVS. I run outbound for real clients in seven languages, and this is the operator I trust to sequence it, gate it, and follow up without me watching every send. If you want outbound that ships in order and never burns a domain, that’s the day job. Let’s talk.
