Connect a Slack integration

Who this is for: Workspace admins who want deal and task alerts in Slack.

What this does: Sends your board notifications to a Slack channel you choose.

Before you begin

• You're a workspace admin (Settings → Members shows your role).

• You can add apps to the target Slack workspace.

Steps

1. Go to Settings → Integrations.

2. Click Add integration and choose Slack.

3. Authorize in the Slack window and pick a channel.

Verify it worked

Open Integrations → Slack → Send test. A message appears in the channel within about 10 seconds. If it does, you're connected.

Troubleshoot

• No test message arrives? Check the channel isn't archived and the app wasn't removed in Slack (Slack → Apps).

• "Permission denied" when authorizing? You're not a Slack workspace admin — ask yours to approve the app.
