Turn a CRO audit into a plan you can actually ship
Hero subhead
An audit tells you what is broken. It does not tell you what to do. cro-actions turns a ranked finding list into actions concrete enough to start on Monday, each naming a component to install or a specific content edit, each citing a measured lift.
Who it's for
Teams sitting on an audit nobody has started, where the list is agreed but the order is not.

What headline
What you actually get
Cap 1 icon
🎯
Cap 1 title
Every action names a real target
Cap 1 desc
Each fix resolves to a named component that can be installed, or a specific content edit handed to the skill that writes it. There is no third category where the plan says improve and leaves the rest to you.
Cap 2 icon
📎
Cap 2 title
Evidence, or an honest flag
Cap 2 desc
Every action carries a source-cited measured lift, or it is explicitly marked unverified best practice. A whole plan is capped at 20% unverified.
Cap 3 icon
Cap 3 title
Effort estimates that survive contact
Cap 3 desc
Copy edits live in hours, component installs in days, page rebuilds in weeks, checkout reworks in months. An estimate two bands away from its change type is rejected.
Showcase headline
The two rules that do the most work
Showcase before caption
The lint script rejects empty verbs outright. Improve the CTA fails every time, because it names no element, no change and no way to measure whether it worked.
Showcase after caption
Three fixes worth 12%, 9% and 6% do not make 27%. The effects overlap, so projections stay per-action and conservative.
Diagram caption
An action names an element, a change, a cited piece of evidence and a success metric. Anything less is a vibe with a ticket number.
Worked title
One finding, start to plan
Worked example
Finding: weak hero. Class: content edit. Action: match the hero H1 to the inbound ad phrase. Evidence: +115% form submissions, cited. Effort: copy / hours. Owner: copy-engine, then SpiderPublish. Window: week 1. Finding: long form. Class: component install, 11 fields to 4, +120% cited, with the caveat that a 9-to-6 cut lost 14% elsewhere, so the verdict is A/B test it rather than ship it blind.
Worked framing
Before any of that it recalls prior outcomes for this brand and page, so it will not re-propose a fix that already lost a test here.
